However Safety Will Not Be Sacrificed When It Comes To The Weather. 

 

If There Is Lightning, Heavy Rain Or Any Other Severe Weather We Will Skip Service For That Week & Resume Services The Next Scheduled Time. 

We Will Not Bill For Those Weeks That Poop Wasn’t Picked Up Due To Weather.

 

The Same Applies For Snow. If There Is More Than 2 Inches In The Previous 24-48 Hours, We Will Call Off Service For That Particular Week As Well.

Unfortunately We Have Had To Enact A Zero Tolerance Policy When It Comes To Dogs Being In The Yard While We’re Are Scooping. We Can No Longer Allow Dogs Of Any Breed To Be In The Yard While We Are Onsite.

 

Failure To Comply With This Rule Or Any Other Policies Set In Place Will Be Met With Automatic Termination Of Services. We Appreciate Your Understanding & Compliance On These Matters.
